Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how the trial, cancellations, renewals, and refunds work. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Use & Sale. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Questions or requests: support@aitradingcompetition.com.
The free trial
The 7-day trial requires only an email — no card and no payment. Nothing is charged when a trial ends; you are only charged if you choose to subscribe. There is nothing to refund for a trial.
Cancelling a paid subscription
- You can cancel at any time from the account/billing controls in the app, or by emailing support@aitradingcompetition.com.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not cut off immediately.
- After cancellation you will not be billed again for that plan.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: when you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current month and are not charged again. We do not generally provide partial refunds for the remainder of a monthly period.
- Annual plans: if you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the initial charge and have not made significant use of the paid features, contact us for a full refund of that charge. After 14 days, an annual plan runs to the end of its term and is not pro-rated, but it will not auto-renew once cancelled.
- Duplicate or accidental charges, and charges caused by a clear billing error on our side, are refunded in full — just contact us.
- Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, refunds outside the cases above are at our discretion. We try to be fair: if something went wrong, tell us.
How to request a refund
Email support@aitradingcompetition.com from the address on your account, with the plan and the approximate charge date. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Price or product changes
If we materially change a plan's price or features, we will give notice before it applies to your renewal, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is handled.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you; where those laws give you more, they control.
